We have used Carla for nearly three years for a total of four rentals. She has done a great job in making our experience as landlord painless - she finds good tenants quickly, and she is very helpful and responsive whenever we have questions. She has a friendly, responsive team she works with too, so she isn't your only point of contact. Not one time have we had an issue with a property being damaged, or missed rent payments.
