We have used Carla for nearly three years for a total of four rentals. She has done a great job in making our experience as landlord painless - she finds good tenants quickly, and she is very helpful and responsive whenever we have questions. She has a friendly, responsive team she works with too, so she isn't your only point of contact. Not one time have we had an issue with a property being damaged, or missed rent payments. I highly recommend her and in fact even recommended her to my brother last year when he was having trouble with his then-property manager getting his places filled. Carla took over all seven of his properties and had them rented to solid tenants within just a few weeks time where they sat for months prior to her involvement. Getting a good property manager makes all the difference so you are smart to do some due diligence!
